Georgia growth plan highlights rail center potential

The State of Georgia will in the next twenty years have an increase in population of two million people. Our farm lands alone can accommodate this tremendous number of people. Railroad Center Atlanta has the necessary railroad facilities, being the railroad center, not only of the State, but of the entire Southeast, and will grow as the section grows. It will always be the center, not only of commercialism, but music, art, education, etc.

Hemphill Property Esteemed by Forty-Year Investor

The writer asks Dr J W Mayson how long he has known the Hemphill property. He replies forty years, noting the property has been a business center and never vacant. This personal knowledge underscores the property's value and the investor’s steady income prospects.

Subdivision of Atlanta Railroad and Retail Property

The rail road frontage property is divided into four warehouse units with partitions and doors facing the rail line, a unloading platform at the car door, and alley side exits for wagon unloading. The alley entrance is ten feet widening to a 25 foot space across the whole property. Marietta street is split into seven store properties with some warehouses running from the railroad to Marietta street. This stands as a highly logical split of rail road and retail property in Atlanta.
