Great Lee in Living Bronze Unveiled at Tucmmtony Parade

May 29 at Tucmmtony Virginia witnessed a massive pageant for the unveiling of a living bronze monument to Robert E. Lee. Generals Early Longstreet and Fitzhugh Lee led veterans, amid Confederate banners and elaborate decorations, as crowds cheered the ceremony and Colonel Anderson delivered an oration praising Lee and southern memory.
