An 1808 Columbus Georgia letter from Dr. RE Park, State Treasurer, responds to claims of false statements about deposit practices. The letter questions the financial handling of state funds, bank deposits, and legal opinions under acts of 1893 and 1907, asserting that the governor and attorney general bear no responsibility for the alleged violations.
