Hagerty of The Journal office to represent Atlanta Typographical Union No. 48 at the International Typographical Union convention in Birmingham, Alabama, next August. total votes numbered 201 with four candidates. The Constitution chapel produced the higher local support, and both winners pledged modesty during post election speeches amid a bustling Federation Hall gathering.
