Auction Season Opens With Ormewood Lots Sale
The first auction of the season will be Saturday April 5 at 2 30 PM for the Ormewood subdivision on Ormewood Avenue between Confederate and Woodward Avenues. Terms start at 50 cash and 15 monthly at 7 percent on front lots. other lots 25 cash and 10 monthly at 7 percent. A $50 prize distribution is planned.
