Atlanta spiritualist medium cleared in police court case
Mrs Rachael Lynn a spiritualist medium was arraigned for fortune telling after aiding in an arrest over stolen goods. Evidence showed she did not claim to tell fortunes and witnesses testified she was a medium in the First Spiritualist Church of Atlanta. Recorder Broyles dismissed the case, upholding religious liberty and noting no interference with the church. The co defendant, a negro woman, also had the case dismissed.

Huntsville Alabama March 27 remains of L G Daughty agent for the Leslie syndicate who committed suicide at the McGhee hotel Friday night were interred here yesterday. His sweetheart in Daling Texas and Dr J H Price in Atlanta telegraphed for a decent burial. Officials did not locate any relatives of the deceased.
