Mrs Daisy Grace will be placed on the stand next Tuesday charged with attempting to murder Eugene Hamilton Grace. The postponement from Wednesday was due to Mr Grace’s serious illness. He remains in danger and is confined in the Tower with restricted contact.

Clarksville Ga March 12 Special. Just before the death sentence on John Heygood for the murder of John Whittemore at Baldwin on January 24, the defendant, in a long statement, said he had a vision in his cell with the deceased Whittemore coming to him in flames warning his people against banjo playing, fiddling, and dancing on Sunday and urging avoidance of hell. Rome, March 12 Special. Enraged by jealousy Jim Campbell shot and killed Sam and Jim Gibbons and wounded Susie Gibbs at her Wax county home. Campbell fled but boasted of the killings after. He pursued Gibbons over alleged earlier abduction of Campbell's wife from Florida. In the attack Gibbs lost two fingers and suffered a arm wound. Campbell announced he would kill all in sight if cartridges remained.
