Finding Not Appealed in Consolidated Appraisals Case

The decision on the Consolidated appraisera is undecided whether it will be appealed to the Supreme Court. The ruling did not follow prescribed lines and while amounts are small, provisions cover wear and tear and accidents. The appeal window lasts about ten days from the decision. No tracks are started on the condemned section yet, though material rests on Mitchell street. The Toney award will be tendered after the appeal period, and extension work awaits the Atlanta Railway Company’s court outcome.
