Jurors in Browne Case Are Dismissed in Chicago
In Chicago July 29 the jury in Judge McBurely division failed Browne charged with betching Charles Earns to far standing fight. They were out 114 hours the longest Chicago trial session. State's Attorney Wayman called it flagrant jurying with a kingpin juror manipulating others. Language notes say some voted for maquita while others claimed no evidence.
