Unionists Lodge a Reply to Governor Brown on Labor
A labor committee denounces Governor Brown for his legislative message as a campaign document aimed at turning rural voters against city workers. The reply accuses him of maliciously attacking unions to aid political ends and criticizes his stance as a tactic to favor manufacturers and farmers over labor. It pledges to respond in detail later and defends unions as aligned with humane aims while challenging court rulings cited by Brown. Samuel Ho Brady chairs the Georgia Federation of Labor delegation.
