Deaths on the gallows avenge Wrenso murder defense

The brutal murder of Mrs. Seth Irby of Wrensoa was avenged Friday morning as three young Black men, Robert Panchal, George Hart, and William Hart, were hanged at the county jail. The youths, not older than 17, are said to be the youngest executed in Tulton county. Paschal and Georgal Hart protested as they faced the scaffold, with William Hart insisting on their guilt and exonerating his mates as the tower scaffold handled each execution separately. Seth Irby witnessed the hangings and remained confident in the verdict.
