Appeal Granted to Labor Leaders in Bucks Store Case
Washington June 19 Chief Justice White granted an appeal to the Supreme Court for Samuel Gompers John Mitchell and Frank Morrison labor leaders convicted of contempt of court in the Bucks Store and Range case. The appeal will be heard after October.
