Mill Men Sue Cotton Buyer Over Contract Price

The Pelzer Manufacturing Company of Palzer, S.C. sues cotton buyer H. C. The suit argues damages equal the difference between contract and December market prices, with Pelzer seeking a ruling on bona fide nature of the contract.
