Diploma Day at Boys High School Honors Earned by Kime Parker Hart
The senior class of the Boys High School received diplomas before a large audience at the Grand last evening. Virgil M. Kime won the history medal while Robert S. Parker and Ray W. Hart earned Emory and Mercer scholarships respectively. Sam W. Small delivered a notable address and urged stronger support for the school. President Hoke Smith gave diplomas. the program included four orations, choruses, and a dumbbell drill. A banquet at the Aragon followed with toasts by faculty and students.
