Judge McCann ruled section 1903 banning Sunday alcohol sales unconstitutional while upholding Section 1321 on Sabbath observance. Warrants against saloon keepers arrested Sunday were dismissed, with possible refile under Section 1321. Printing offices and other work on Sunday face restrictions unless truly necessary.
