Johnstown July 26 coroner's jury heard Chauncy B. Ross of Greensburg present a unified theory by inspectors of the Cambria mill mine blast on July 10. He said gas was ignited by men using open lamps in violation of state mining law, not by a blast. The blast is thus put on the workers at the fire.
