Mrs Julia E Francis widow of Captain T H Francis of this city died yesterday at her St Louis home where she had lived since her husband's death. She is survived by three sons in Atlanta and New York and a daughter Mrs J Bachman Brown of St Louis. The body will be brought to Atlanta with funeral arrangements to be announced.
