Watch Taken in Debt Case Is Restored to Owner
Adam Boone a 65 year old Atlanta resident testified at the courthouse that bailiffs acting for money lenders seized his goods and took his watch valued at $40 after a disputed debt. He says the lenders and officers misled him and kept him moving between them for days before surrendering his watch. Now Boone seeks recovery of his property.

In Macon, July 20, A T Woodward and GC L Smith of Valdosta stand accused in U S District Court by Turks Aristodea Athenytheus Constantinus Kazan nus alleging they misrepresented estate shares of 25 000 in a case tied to a brother Kasanzas administrator and a 1911 trust dealer. The Turks say they knew nothing of 21 000 in banks when selling shares and a hearing is set for next Thursday.
