Boston July 16 A United States circuit court decision found George A. Copper receiver of Bay State Gas Co Delaware prevailed against Henry R. Rogers New York in a 9 million dollar suit over Boston company sales. The court ordered profits to be apportioned by a master between Rogers and Bay State Gas Co with equal shares if no rule could be set. Rogers was not found guilty of fraud or breach of trust in contracts and held to have acted with co trustees consent. he must account for gains and profits from his management of the Boston firms.
