In Savannah on July 15 a 15 year old white boy named Avatatt Gi Telvis drowned while attempting to rescue a companion at Hurk 3 bar in the Savannah river. The body had not been found by midnight. The event followed a fatal mishap where another boy Moses drowned in ten feet of water earlier that night.
