Three trust bills may take five to six weeks, with consolidation into one measure under discussion. The Interstate Trade Commission and railroad securities report are expected soon, with conference action likely after House passage. The House faces stalled appropriation bills and dam construction debates as fiscal year progresses. The judiciary continues hearings on Judge Dayton and Spear cases with possible action at any time.
