Parents Blamed as Daughters Fall From Grace

In Atlanta a recorder’s court heard two teenage girls aged 14 and 18 recount revolting street life after being arrested with two men. Their parents faced the judge, admitting inability to control the youths. One girl’s father cited a failed home life and a marriage collapse as factors guiding them toward delinquency. Police later raided a lodging house, arresting three women and a man connected to the case, with trials set for Monday.
