Conductor Died From Apoplexy Say Passengers

Raoul Trial Reveals Very Informal Ties With Mrs Sinclair

Augusta Ga July 10 Special William Greene Raoul Jr testifying in superior court admitted treating Mrs Meta Sinclair very informally during her visit to his home and spoke of mental distress. Judge Hammond ordered Raoul to pay $60 monthly temporary alimony to his wife Mrs Winifred Wadley Raoul and $200 attorney fee. Raoul described no improper relations with Mrs Sinclair though questioned about entering her bedroom and bath. He said his wife demanded Mrs Sinclair leave. Mrs Sinclair later went to Millen. Raoul remained cool, admitted past low spirits and walking barefoot, and claimed no intent to leave his wife for Mrs Sinclair.
