Memorial meeting honors Irish influence on American independence

Centennial resolutions pass senate and post office bills

The July five session reports approve centennial resolutions, adopt the post offices appropriation, resume Pinchback per diem and mileage, and amend Franas W. Sykes allowance. Senate amendments to the obscene literature bill are agreed and sent to the president. A question on Indian trust funds is discussed. Holman notes free county postage and retrenchment aims.
