Abee for forging the name of G B Vanevery fourth vice president of Western Union Telegraph company to a note introducing him to Unit company as J Ogdan Goelet The defense had appealed after Abee l was convicted of posing as a member of the wealthy Goelet family He had represented himself as Goeldt to Miss Eleanor Anderson and became engaged He remains out on bail and the case may be appealed further.
