Burglar Trims Peach Tree Street Store Losing Sixty Dollars
Adler's clothing store at 114 Peach Tree Street was burglarized last night. The rear door was found broken and several wagon loads of goods were taken. The safe yielded nothing of value and the cash register amount of sixty dollars was missing. This marks a second burglary in about a week, and Officer R H White will determine the exact loss after stock checks. London reports Colonel EB House, Wilson's envoy, as a pivotal observer in Europe with a cautious, prying view of the conflict and power balance.
