Rosa Lee Eubanks a 20 year old Macon woman was shot through the heart as a speeding car passed. Doc Branam is charged with murder and Marvin Jones a taxi driver is under arrest. Branam’s brother in law Riddick says Branam fired at random. Branam was intoxicated and jailed. Eubanks daughter of H Eubanks lived at 127 Rembert avenue and worked as cashier at Williams Manufacturing before Valentine party plans.
