Democratic circles suggest a test of the ruling if party leaders find it unsatisfactory.

He questions indicting Atlanta newspapers for publishing and mailing Frank case details and warns of personal persecution and moral blunders affecting Georgia citizens begging for judge to sustain outside jurisdiction.
