In New York on February 2 a seven year old boy, Joseph Raver, died after taunts from classmates in a Bronx public school. He collapsed during a test for a promotion, was revived, but later died of heart failure. The incident involved other boys who mocked him as he waited for the next grade. A physician was summoned and declared him dead.
