Augusta Georgia December 27 report says Robert Henderson and Jasper MacDonald of Modoc colored were accosted by Richard Allen colored who offered to sell a pistol for four dollars. They refused and Allen tried to rob them. Henderson was slightly wounded in the arm. MacDonald disarmed Allen, who fled but was captured and jailed. Henderson was treated at a local hospital and the men returned home.
Jarraliton Ga December 27 Special Billy Bonner city worker cut his wife’s throat this morning then was jailed for the offense. The wife was said to be mother of twenty one children by the slayer with two sets of triplets and two sets of twins. Bonner is a very large man about 46 years old.
