Elberton Georgia December 24 At a directors meeting of the Elberton and Eastern Railway the plan to build a branch from Tignall to Anthony's Chapel in Lincoln county was approved Right of way is secured and President W Jones arranged financing Work will start immediately and the line will open up a large tract marking the first railroad entry into Lincoln county.
