A long OCR fragment lists numerous individuals tied to public buildings, pensions, and government departments across states. It names Conger Smith of Peni Hagkina, various New Hampshire and Missouri figures, and mentions Revolutionary Pensions, expenditures in war and interior departments, and several committees and individuals with scattered affiliations.
The programme lists performances by the Richards family and Miss Lena Richards with songs such as Beven, Rustic Young Beauty and The Prairie Belle.
