The text evokes a newspaper setting with a typewriter, a Friday through Monday span, and a mention of a warning or life event without clear facts.

Dr R B Ware of Amherst sponsors the health measure aimed at preventing promiscuous kissing, but it risks stoking jest like the earlier anti flirting bill. The law would require proof from a family physician that the woman kissed has no contagious disease, raising questions about enforcement and chivalry.
