Readable fragments indicate a sale of linen and Indians silk fabrics. A 5000 yard stock of small checked Nainsooks and plain linens offered at five cents. 400 yards of sheer Indian linens at ten cents. A large lot of colored dotted Swisses reduced from fifty cents to nineteen cents per yard.
A local retailer touts the largest and best linen stock in the city with claims of saving customers at least 76 percent. Offers include Damask and Huck Towels, Doilies, and Marseilles Spreads at deep discounts, with bulk quantities and wholesale-like prices highlighted for hotels, boarding houses, and restaurants.
Bold sale listing announces new lime Fancy Taffetas and satins at 69 cents a yard, down from 98 cents. Also 23 remnants in dress and skirt lengths offered at half regular prices, with emphasis on value for purchases Monday.

Boys and youths suits also heavily discounted with many items under a dollar. Straw hats mostly limited to 150 at 20c each.
Gentlemen offered steep discounts on socks, Lisle hose, and shirts. Items include Lisle socks 25¢ to 66¢, cotton half hose 19¢, ladies Lisle hose 338¢, silk hose $1.00, and buttoned cuffs and negligee shirts marked down from higher prices in a midweek sale at 117 dozen and 165 dozen stock pools.
A sale showcases corsets, muslin gowns, kid gloves, melbra lawns, tur ky red prints, dressing gowns, sateens, batiste, bicuna cloth, canton flannel and French cam bric. Items priced from 5 to 75 cents with a new line of 4 button pique kid gloves at 75c and a big counter of muslin gowns at 69c.
The store posts heavy reductions across ladies shoes and children's footwear. Prices drop from $150 and $200 Ox ford styles to $1.50 for feather stock, 59c infants boots, 35c subs, and $2.00 for opera and square toe ladies’ boots, all as part of a loss-leading clearance.

Hudnut s high grade perfumes at 45 cents an ounce and Garwood s entracts at 1 cent per ounce. Household ammonia large bottle and Buttermilk Soap three cakes for 12 cents. One thousand boxes white Lilac Soap described as the best cheap toilet soap in Atlanta with three cakes per box. Turkish Bath Soap offered at 25 cents per dozen.
Stationery note promotes Our Special Real Linen Paper priced at 1 gram per pound, claiming better quality than 25¢ grade. Envelopes and matchable note paper sold in pound packages, with prices around 1 shilling per pound, plus 5¢ envelopes per package.
Local store touts basement business with prices 16 to 35 percent cheaper than rivals. Offers include 100 dozen Calsbad China Plates at 10 cents to 15 cents, 50 dozen gold band cups and saucers at 10 cents each, 10,000 dozen jelly tumblers at 35 cents per dozen, 25 German 100 piece dinner sets at 16 50 a set, 50 toilet sets at 2 50 a set, Mason quart jars at 90 cents per dozen.
