New York August 14 The New York cotton exchange was named this afternoon by the Liverpool Exchange after the father’s acceptance of New York’s plan to hasten Aquida. The exchange circularized members advising acceptance of the committe lease suggestion to transfer all posts utions to recember the price to be in by noon tomorrow. Cable messages from the president of the Laveroo exchange indicate hope for the transfer of interests. The voluntary committees of the local exchange announced that 1% would not push the prinsactions but would meet again tomorrow morning.
