Midsummer Festival Parade Moves Through Atlanta Streets

Procession and Elephant Presentation in Atlanta Park

The procession through Wildwood Avenue reached Grant Park where crowds watched the elephant and Queen Cho. Officials and spectators described the scene as the city presented an elaborate parade and a formal elephant exhibit with speeches by General Chairman H J Four and Colonel G W Adair praising the event and civic spirit.
