Man Shoots Self After Drinking Spree in Street
West Grand Atlantic road engineer Sof Williams died after a self-inflicted pistol shot at Mrs. Fanny White's home on Cone Street. He was drunk and threatened to harm himself and Mrs. White. Witnesses included Underwood and others. coroner's jury found death by own hand in personal crisis. Williams had a wife and three children, and the White home held the gun used in the tragedy.
