Buyers flock to rare silk deals as 290 pieces of exquisite dress china silk are offered tomorrow at 49 cents a yard. A 2000 yard lot of dark figured silks and striped suiting fabrics goes for 25 cents, plus 119 pieces black and white brocade satins at 39 cents a yard. A large selection includes black figured taftas, indias talk black 1 dollar varieties at 73 cents, and Kai Kai wash silks at 39 cents a yard.
Bargain-hunters are warned that imported novelty suits and dress goods are being slashed in price. Suits originally priced at 12.50 to 50 are marked down to 12.50 per suit, with many belts and outfits reduced to 7.50. Yard goods include 29¢ French charles, 75¢ per yard black storm proof serge, and 69¢ for black silk finish Henrietta.
Our Millinery Parlor claims unmatched quality this season with a vast French Pattern Hat collection priced from 15 to 50 dollars, offering tomorrow at 10 dollars.
