Springfield April 27 Lieutenant Governor Oglesby signed warrants for the arrest of Edward Tilden president of the National Packing Co George M Benedict cashier of the Drovers Deposit National Bank and William Cummings president of the Dravers Trust and Savings banks held in contempt of the senate for refusing to produce documents in the Larimer election probe They will be arrested in Chicago tomorrow following a senate investigation conference with their lawyers and the committee.
