Charges Against Dr Hunter Move Soon to End
Washington April 26 The charges against Dr Hunter the American minister to Guatemala have been known to the state department for a long time. The department attaches more importance to Mme Biuric’s complaint than to that of American mining and engineering contractors who said the minister was inefficient in defending American citizens. Officials believe his reluctance to resign under fire explains the delay.
