Raleigh April 24 a special report says Watlington sued the Raleigh and Augusta railway for 40 damages after a cow hurled from a passing engine struck him. The court verdict ruled in favor of the railway company, ending his case.

He claims knowledge that the trust altered books to favor its position at the time of his remarks. Fires erupted in Darkham and Winston with extensive losses reported.
