Powell Sues Southern Railway for 3000 Damages Over Alleged Malice
President W. W. Powell of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers filed a suit in the county court against Southern Railway Company seeking 30,000 damages. He alleges a newspaper publication based on statements by J. S. B. Thompson and a telegram from J. H.
