Ill Health Drives Woman to Death by Own Action
Mrs Groover 28 committed death by her own action Thursday afternoon by drinking carbolic acid. Lived at Magnesia Crossing near College Park with husband Charles G Groover and his parents, married six months. She was employed in Atlanta stores prior to marriage. After shopping trip Thursday morning she returned home, felt ill, and died after being found unconscious on a bed around 4 pm. Survived by husband, her parents Mr and Mrs S L Prater, and sister Mrs Nellie Thompson. Body taken to Donehoo’s chapel.

Sentenced for murder of eight year old girl in New Hampshire
