The Georgia Educational Association opened with a heated session as President G K Glenn of North Georgia Agricultural College challenged bills by Perrons and McMichael to reshuffle the state school board. Wooster defended the report and McMichael alleged Glenn funded articles. Glenn denied the charge. President Ashmore then moved the meeting to order.
