Work On The Fair Advances With Track Contract
Work progresses on the fair grounds race track with a sixty day completion term. Stockholders soon to meet as the charter for the Northeast Georgia Wals Association is applied for and to be granted in days. The Northeast Georgia Fair is planned for October 1 to 10 with features to be finalized at the next stockholders meeting. The Five O'clock Tea Club met with Miss Mary Harris and Miss Annie Bromey. Isabel Thomas won a work basket in a game of hand-eochre and Miss Gregg received a fern for progressions. tea and treats followed.
