Busy Christian Church Sees Growth and Plans Rallies
The pastor said progress is rapid and preaching time may shrink while church work expands. The Sunday school led by L W Sparks shows strong growth with a bee hive feel and a large rally planned for the first Sunday in April. Several events including a talk by William J Wright of the American Christian Missionary Society and a four day cooperative meeting with Northeast Georgia churches are scheduled. A Teacher Training class of about 30 meets weekly, and Junior Endeavor has 34 members under Mrs Chastain and Mrs Hadaway as the church remains hopeful.
