At yesterday's city council meeting a resolution was passed to pave Lumpkin Street from Fermi Road to Tanyard Branch. The council also extended the water main from OsK Street to Elberton Street and approved fifteen days vacation for policemen and firemen when the chiefs deem it appropriate.
