Dual Staff Ruled Legal At Hospital In Logan
Logan hospital returns to a single medical staff after trustees ruled the dual staff plan illegal. The former plan created separate doctors of medicine and osteopathy staffs but prosecutors said by law amendments were not properly executed. Five doctors refused to join the plan as the board warned it would act to enforce by law if the dispute continued.
