A 34 year old West Virginia taxi driver Clarence Blankenship of Man died instantly in a collision with a bread truck on Route 56 near Ash Cave in Vinton County at about 6 50 am. Passenger David Coats 32 from Wan remained slightly injured. Truck driver Raymond Ingalls of Jackson escaped unharmed.
