In Springfield Ohio Judge Harry G Gram sentenced seven teenagers for disturbances after a Sept 13 public high school game. Six youths aged 15 to 17 received suspended sentences to Boys Industrial School on probation until age 21, were fined 25 dollars plus costs, and ordered to cover medical bills from an assault on a 16 year old. One 15 year old who allegedly dropped ice on an officer was given a suspended sentence.
Gretta Bohmann, 9, suffered a severe electric shock at a shopping center shed and walked away. She was treated at Porter Hospital for burns to her left hand arm chest stomach and thigh. Restaurant operator Phillip Frye found her after the outage and paid a $15 fine plus costs.
